Nintendo launches its official website in the Philippines

Nintendo officially opened a dedicated website for its users who are residing in the Philippines.

A good move by Nintendo!

The news came in after the video game publisher announced it today on their Southeast Asia Facebook page.

Nintendo always had a significant foothold in the country when it comes to gaming. In particular there have been popular consoles that were favored by the Filipino consumers starting from the classic SNES up until its latest platform—the Nintendo Switch.

The new website brings Nintendo enthusiasts and consumers information about the company's products, gaming information, customer assistance, and more.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the "Nintendo Official Website" for residents of Philippines. We will provide various information about us, including Nintendo Switch console, game software, and characters from game series such as Super Mario and The Legend of Zelda, said by Nintendo

Moreover, other neighboring SEA countries like Indonesia and Malaysia also received their respective websites.

Filipino consumers have yet to gain access to the Nintendo eShop and memberships. However, the webpage could suggest that these features would be available soon.
