Huawei nova 9 SE silenty launched in Malaysia

Huawei silently launched a new mid-range phone in Malaysia. It is dubbed as the nova 9 SE which features the brand's first 108MP camera.

When it comes to design, the nova 9 SE shares a similar elegant look from its siblings on both front and rear. This one has a 6.78-inch display with ultra-narrow bezels that only measures 1.05mm. The panel is LCD with FHD+ 1080 x 2388 resolution.

For now, the Chinese tech giant is still holding back some key details such as the processor and the memory configurations. But the handset is powered by a 4,000mAh battery and can be charged using the 66W SuperCharge adaptor.

The main highlight here would be the company's first 108MP main camera followed by an 8MP ultra-wide module and a 2MP macro and 2MP for depth. Huawei is also boasting its Super Night Shot capability which takes multiple exposures and combines them into one. Furthermore, it also has a 16MP as its front-facing shooter.

The device runs EMUI 12 with App Gallery and smart features such as compatibility with Super Device that will provide its users a seamless Huawei ecosystem.

The smartphone is also available in three colorways of Crystal Blue, Pearl White, and Midnight Black.

More details are still unknown as well as the price but they will be revealed soon on March 11 at Malaysia 16:00 local time. It can also be pre-ordered on the Huawei website by depositing non-refundable MYR 20. The good thing is that it gives the customers a chance to win a voucher worth MYR 1,888, 888, or 666.

There's no information for its availability here in the Philippines as well.
