The 2022 PPOPCON event will take place on April 9 and 10. It is a two-day convention from 10AM to 8PM at the New Frontier Theater. In celebration of all things Pinoy Pop, there will be booths, goods sales, games, and other engagement activities.

Meanwhile, the second day will conclude with a live performance at the Smart Araneta Coliseum from 3PM to 7PM. The country's popular P-Pop groups will join together and play for their fans on stage–both offline and online–for the first time. MNL48, BINI, Alamat, 4th Impact, 1st.One, Press Hit Play, VXON, KAIA, DAYDREAM, YARA, VER5US, and G22 are among the artists scheduled to perform.

realme will have an experience booth with numerous games, prizes, and other surprises for the P-Pop-loving realme Squad during the two-day convention. It will include a special photo booth, powered by the realme 9 Pro Series in cooperation with Fujifilm Instax, where attendees can preserve their PPOPCON experiences through entertaining picture prints and enter to win a prize.

There will also be a special meet-and-greet with VXON, the emerging P-Pop band behind the smash single "The Beast," which was also picked as the official theme song for the realme Mobile Legends Cup (RMC) Season 6.
