HUAWEI MateBook D16 and 16s are now available in PH stores, freebies revealed!

A week after announcing its pre-order availability, the new MateBook D16 and 16s are now officially available in the Philippines.

As a quick recap, those who pre-ordered the MateBook D16 got a FREE MateView SE worth PHP 7,999. On the other hand, those who ordered the MateBook 16s got an even bigger freebie in the form of the MateView worth PHP 34,999 until yesterday August 5, 2022.

Starting today August 6, Those who will buy the new MateBook D16 and 16s will get a FREE Bluetooth Mouse worth PHP 2,499 and a FREE Stylish Backpack worth PHP 5,999.

To those who missed it, the MateBook D16 is said to be a productivity laptop with a premium look, a 16-inch FHD screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio + 90 percent screen-to-body ratio that is great for multitaskers, and 12th Gen Intel Core processors.

Inside, its PH variant comes with the 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12450H and the Intel Core i7-12700H 14-core variants. Both i5 and i9 models will come with 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB PCIe SSD storage.

It also has a  60WHr battery with USB-C 65W SuperCharge, a 1080p webcam for a better video calling experience, 2x speakers, 4x microphones, and a full-sized keyboard with num keys. The HUAWEI Share tag is still located near the Intel stickers, not under the touchpad compared with higher-end MateBooks though.

One of the key highlights of the laptop is it is using a WiFi 2x2 MIMO enhanced by the Metaline antenna for stronger and faster signal reception.

Meanwhile, the MateBook 16s is the more powerful and premium one. It features a metal-clad body in Space Grey colorway, a 16-inch LCD screen with 2.5K 2520 x 1680 resolution, and a 12th Gen Intel chip.

By the way, the screen of this has TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light Certification and TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free Certification. It's also a 3:2 aspect ratio touch screen display with ΔE＜1 color accuracy for an even better viewing and multitasking experience.

The PH version comes with the 4.7GHz Intel 7 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H 14-core processor, 16GB RAM, and 1TB SSD storage.
