You can now hunt residential properties using GCash
ALI president and CEO Bobby O. Dy said that more consumers turning to the convenience of online shopping. Because of that, the real estate giant believes that buying home and real estate properties should not be any different.
Dy explained that Filipinos can now have a more seamless experience in buying Ayala Land properties as it launched 4 of its key brands on GLife.
Using the app, users can now browse select properties, inquire and access cashless payments when investing in real estate. The app's GLife feature now showcases the brands Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida, and Amaia. GCash president and CEO Martha Sazon said,
With this partnership with Ayala Land, GCash enables potential homeowners and property seekers to conduct virtual unit viewing and, after they make the decision to buy a property, access cashless payment of reservation fees using their e-wallet account.
According to GCash, the app removes the need for post-dated checks, bank deposits, or over-the-counter payments for real estate dues. Sazon added that "users can conveniently and safely do just all these transactions using their smartphones and via GLife on the GCash app".

To view the residential properties available, users can log in to GLife and then tap on the Real Estate tab. After that, they can tap the inquire button, then fill in the details. Finally, after entering the required details, they can now "submit" their inquiry.
GCash Chief Commercial Officer Oscar Reyes Jr. said that the team-up with Ayala Land is proof of its commitment to going beyond digital financing solutions.
