Shure Special Edition SE215 V2 Purple and SE846 Gen 2 now in PH!

Shure is one of the popular IEM makers in the market, now two of their models arrives in the Philippines.

Two Shure IEMs are now available in PH!

First will be the special edition of SE215 V2 with a Purple color. According to Shure, the color was chosen when they conducted a global vote among 60 countries. This is to let their fans know that their voices were heard by the company.

This unit uses a single dynamic driver that will deliver rich clear sound and deep bass. It also carries a special design that isolates background noises by up to 37dB.

It connects using a 3.5mm cable or you can even hook it up to a Bluetooth module (sold separately) so it can be used wirelessly.

Up next will be the Shure SE846 Gen 2. After 10 years, the brand is finally able to release the second generation of its flagship earphones.

It comes with three colorways of Clear, Graphite, or Jade for the outer shell while the inner casing is transparent to show the unit's components.

Speaking of which, it has 4 high-definition drivers for the separation of low, mid, and high frequencies. It also has the same sound-isolating design (37dB) found in other products of the Shure and a low-pass filter design which should deliver a subwoofer-like performance without diminishing the details.

The accessories

The Gen 2 also has a customizable frequency response which means you can tweak it to extended (default), balanced, warm, and bright through the removable nozzles. 

The extended nozzle insert (default configuration) increases imaging clarity and adds an "airy" quality to the audio. The balanced nozzle enhances clarity and detail, the warm offers additional bass presence, and the bright highlights high frequencies, says Shure

Apart from those, it also connects using a 3.5mm jack or an optional Shure TWS adapter to give flexible options for users.

Lastly, the unit is bundled with Comply eartips and an expanded selection of sleeve options for a good fit in the ears.
