OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G announced: 108MP cam, 6.72-inch 120Hz screen, 67W charging

OnePlus in India today made the Nord CE 3 Lite 5G official. It is the company's newest affordable mid-range smartphone loaded with strong features at a fairly competitive price tag.

The device arrived in a "comfortable to hold" 2.8D curved glass-like plastic back with a flat edge available in Chromatic Gray or Pastel Lime colors, Asahi Dragontail Star Glass protected 6.72-inch LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, 680 nits peak brightness, and a top-center notch for the 16MP selfie camera. This is a screen with slim bezels which resulted in a 91.40 percent screen-to-body ratio for an immersive viewing experience.

Under the hood, it is powered by the 6nm Snapdragon 695 octa-core processor. This is a 5G-ready chip commonly found on early 2023 mid-range phones. It is a power-efficient chip capable of handling most of the basic social media tasks with ease and can run a few demanding games in medium settings.

Completing the specs, the device will provide you with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, up to 8GB virtual RAM (a total of up to 16GB extended RAM), either 128GB or 256GB expandable internal storage, and a large 5,000mAh battery promising an all-day use and beyond.

The OPPO-related brand also equipped the phone with the super-fast 67W SUPERVOOC tech that can charge it from 0 to 80 percent in 30 minutes and the Battery Health Engine solution making its battery up to 2x more durable than the competition.

The device also has a large 108MP f/1.75 Samsung HM6 sensor with EIS paired with the 2MP f/2.4 macro and 2MP f/2.4 depth cameras. OnePlus claimed that thanks to its large main shooter, it can do up to 3x lossless zoom even if it has no optical zoom lens.

It also has a side-mounted fingerprint reader for security and keeps its back design clean, stereo speakers with 200 percent Ultra Volume Mode, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and many more.

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G run with Android 13 OS with OxygenOS 13.1 skin out of the box. The company also promises that it has at least 2 major software updates and up to 3 years of security updates.
