3-peat Gold Medal for Sibol MLBB!
The Filipino lineup from Bren Esports defeated the Malaysian dream team with a 3-0 score in a best-of-five match.
To recall, Bren Esports was selected as the representative when they won the qualifiers last January.
They finished as the top seed in the regular season of MPL Philippines Season 11 and ended as the top 4 in the Playoffs.
Going back to the story, while the 3-0 score may sound lopsided, it was a close match in the first two games as the Malaysian squad proved to be a threat in the late game with both matches finishing over 20 minutes. However, it was the macro decisions from the Flipino team that prevailed to secure the upper hand.
In the 3rd game, it was a clear destruction as the team Malaysia's morale looked diminished while the Sibol lineup has momentum. The match was finished in under 11 minutes with a commanding kill score of 21-6.
Meanwhile, Sibol/Bren Esports team captain Angelo Arcangel won his 2nd gold medal as he already did back in 2019.

The rest of the members are Rowgien Stimpson Unigo (Roamer), David Canon (Exp lane), Kyle Angelo Sayson (Jungler), Marco Requitano (Gold lane), and Nowee Macasa (6th man). While they are headed by Coach Francis Glindro.
