Earlier this month, we spotted the Redmi 12 in a leak, and now the phone maker officially launches the device in Thailand.
The smartphone features a flat-back design with three sensors and a flash. At the front, you'll see the centered dot notch and the 6.79-inch LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, and 550 nits of max brightness.
Inside, it is powered by the 12nm MTK Helio G88 octa-core processor, paired with 4GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.
For battery, the phone has a 5,000mAh capacity and charges using a USB-C cable and 18W power brick.
On the camera side, the device uses 50MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 2MP macro sensor while it also uses 8MP for selfies.
Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Dual 4G VoLTe, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, and dual-SIM support.
For OS, the phone runs Android 13 with MIUI 14 skin on top.

Unfortunately, the prices for other memory configurations aren't revealed yet. The device is now available for purchase in Thailand through E-commerce channels. No word yet for a PH release though so stay tuned in the meantime.
