One of the main highlights is its HUAWEI Metaline Antenna which lets the laptop have an ultra-long-distance connection of up to 270 meters. The brand stated that if compared to regular antennas, its signal conversion efficiency is increased by 70 percent under the same network environment. While the uplink and downlink signals are increased by 3dB and 3dB, respectively.

HUAWEI mentioned that students will experience faster and more reliable internet connectivity while the Metaline Antenna cam brings about 38 percent faster downloads and 40 percent less delay on video calls.

The next key feature is the lightweight meets style. the MateBooks are designed to have sleek looks, premium materials, and ergonomic construction all while weighing at 1.39kg. This means carrying a laptop like this will put less strain on your back especially if the student needs to stay in school throughout the day.

Moving forward, the MateBook D 14 2023 uses a 14-inch FHD Display with a 16:10 aspect ratio for wider viewing space on your productivity tasks. It also has a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio.

Moreover, the screen is also certified by TUV Rheinland for Low Blue Light and DC Dimming Flicker-Free. This means that looking at the screen for longer periods will put less strain on your eyes.

Inside, the device is the 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1240P 12-core processor with Intel Iris Xe GPU, 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. HUAWEI says these internals can keep up with your daily tasks, projects, and more.

Lastly, the HUAWEI MateBook D 14 2023 supports the famous Super Device multi-collaboration feature. This means you can make your laptop a hub for your other HUAWEI devices like tablets or smartphones. You can seamlessly transfer files between them making you rely less on cables and USBs.
