No more shipping problems when shopping for Gentle Monster!

Good news for fashionistas out there! Gentle Monster finally opened its first Philippine store this week.

Located on the first floor of Shangri-La at The Fort in BGC, customers can now easily purchase Gentle Monster pieces without having to worry about shipping fees and waiting time.

The space presents a striking scene never encountered before, complete with 'The Giant' sitting on top of a destructed architectural reinterpretation of Frederik Heyman’s 3D artwork, Gentle Monster said in a Facebook post.

According to Mega, its opening day was attended by some of the biggest artists like Megan Young, Solenn Heussaff, Anne Curtis, Mond Gutierrez, Alodia Gosiengfiao, Sarah Lahbati, Chie Filomeno, and Kylie Verzosa.

Korean star Ahn Hyo-seop, and designer Patty Ang, who brought Gentle Monster to Manila, also graced the event.

Gentle Monster was founded by Jay Oh and Hankook Kim in 2011. The company is based in Seoul, South Korea, and offers a wide range of high-end, innovative eyewear.

The brand is known for its collaborations with celebrities like BLACKPINK's Jennie and Chinese tech giant HUAWEI. A number of Korean actors have also worn Gentle Monster pieces in their dramas, just as Son Ye-jin when she played Yoon Se-ri in "Crash Landing on You."
