MediaTek's upcoming Dimensity 9300 records over 2 million points at AnTuTu!

At AnTuTu, a chip called Dimensity 9300 scored a record of 2,055,084, the highest on the said benchmarking platform yet.

The fastest chip for flagship phones next year?

The chip is said to adopt 4x super-large Cortex-X4 cores and 4x Cortex-A720 cores. There are no small cores this time. This is an unusual chip combination compared to most with big-little architecture.

The GPU it uses is the Immortalis-G720. The test device also has an LPDDR5X RAM with UFS 4.0 storage. The display is rated at 120Hz. The OS is Android 14.

The score breakdown is 485,064 for the CPU, 899,463 for the GPU, 357,691 for the MEM, and 312,866 for the UX. The total is 2,055,084.

In comparison, the current highest scoring at AnTuTu is the REDMAGIC 8 Pro+ with a 1.63 million score.

There is also a rumored OPPO Find X7 smartphone that might carry the said upcoming chip.

Apart from these, there are no other details about the said chip. Expect MediaTek to reveal more about it in the coming weeks or months.
