Kingston Technology leads as DRAM module supplier for 2022, TrendForce says

Based on the data provided by research firm TrendForce, Kingston Technology remained a top supplier of DRAM Module last year.

Kingston ranked number 1 for DRAM Module Supplier in 2022!

The rankings by revenue provided by analyst TrendForce, Kingston garnered 78.12 percent market share on USD 13.5B revenue. TrendForce continued that DRAM module sales in 2022 experienced a 4.6 percent year-on-year decline across the industry. Kingston's income showed a slight decrease but retained its spot as the global leader for 20 straight years.

Based on the research,  the top five memory module manufacturers will account for 90 percent of total sales in 2022, with Kingston maintaining its dominant market share of 78.12 percent.

Consumer purchasing trends for electronics took a dive due to high inflation but Kingston's strong brand image apart from its extensive product supply chain limited its decline.

In a generation where most systems are carefully designed, Kingston says they are offering modules to complement both traditional all-black systems and the current growing trend of all-white PC designs.
