Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi introduced its next-generation true wireless earphones with a ceramic coaxial dual-unit design and round pebble case in China.
Alongside the new Redmi K70e, K70 and K70 Pro, the Xiaomi sub-brand introduced its new true wireless earphones equipped with active noise cancellation.
Redmi is boasting that the new Buds 5 Pro comes with dual-engine acoustics, deep space noise reduction and a new acoustic structure with a powerful algorithm which all claim to elevate overall sound quality and noise reduction capabilities.
The headset is said to achieve a maximum noise reduction depth of 52dB while offering AI adaptive adjustment, 49ms low latency, 4kHz noise reduction frequency band and 9m/s noise resistance for calls.
The Buds 5 Pro features a 10mm piezoelectric ceramic tweeter, an 11mm titanium-plated dynamic subwoofer, Bluetooth 5.3 LE, and a battery rated for 38 hours of runtime. 10 hours with ANC turned off and 6.5 hours with ANC turned on.
It supports LHDC 5.0, Hi-Res Audio, and Dual Mode, QQ Music's Zhenpin Master Tape, Zhenpin Space Audio, Kugou Music's Viper Atmos, AI adaptive adjustment, USB-C and IP54 and water and dust resistance.
It will come in either black, white or blue and a special Special Gaming Edition.

The vanilla variant is now available for purchase in China while the Buds 5 Pro Gaming Edition is now available for pre-order and will be available for purchase this December 5, 2023.
