The new wave of handheld gaming?

MSI has finally introduced its entry into the increasingly competitive handheld gaming sector with the new Claw A1M.

At first glance, it looks familiar to the ASUS ROG Ally equipped with the rival AMD Ryzen Z1 processor. In front is the large 7-inch IPS-level touch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Claw comes configured up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor (Series 1), Intel Arc Graphics, 16GB LPDDR5-6400 RAM, up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 storage, microSD card storage expansion, and a 53WHr battery.

Other features include a fingerprint scanner and two 2W speakers.

Running the show is Windows 11. Users have the option to pick between the Intel Core Ultra 5 135H and Core Ultra 7 155H.

The handheld measures 294 x 117 x 21.2mm and weighs 675 grams. Included in the box is the 65W PD adapter. It will only come in black.
