Energizer to launch a phone with a 28,000mAh battery at MWC 2024

GSMArena earlier shared that Energizer Mobile will soon launch the P28K at MWC 2024. This is possibly the smartphone with the biggest battery capacity yet.

The report said that the 28K stands for 28,000mAh. Compared to most modern smartphones with 5,000mAh, this one is 5.6x bigger.

In theory, it should last for at least 5 days on a single charge. There are no claims about its actual battery life yet, so let's wait for the official announcements and actual reviews.

Anyway, it will be a rugged smartphone featuring a large 6.78-inch FHD+ screen. It'll also come with a 60MP main camera with 2x 20MP helpers.

The rest of the specs including the SoC (processor) it uses are still unknown for now. There is no info on its pricing and availability details yet as well.

The handset will go official at MWC 2024 in Barcelona Spain. MWC will happen from Feb 26, 2024, to Feb 29, 2024.
