Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G receives HyperOS update, new special Mystic Silver unveiled!

The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G starts receiving the much anticipated HyperOS update.

HyperOS rollout begins, and a new special Mystic Silver is announced!

Our own unit now received the new Operating System upgrade which brings substantial improvements.

The control center

The download file size is about 5.6GB with a firmware version of "1.0.2.0UNOEUXM". This also comes with a February 2024 security patch for a safer and more secure system.

HyperOS UI

The update includes visual improvements, an enhanced memory management system, and several UI enhancements, which are also in the changelog below:

Other phones that also received the update are the Redmi Note 13, Note 13 Pro, Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro+, and Xiaomi 12 Pro.

The new colorway

In related news, Xiaomi also introduced a new color variant of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G called the Mystic Silver. This correlates to the celebration of the upcoming Xiaomi Fan Festival.

As you can see it now comes with a two-tone color of a lighter shade of Silver and a darker shade of Silver around the camera area.

Additionally, you can also see a unique liquid metal logo above the MI logo where the design took its inspiration.

Anyways, to recall, the device features a 120Hz 6.67-inch 1.5K CrystalRes Super AMOLED panel, 2.8GHz 4nm MTK MediaTek 7200 Ultra processor, 8GB/12GB RAM, 256GB/512GB storage, 5,000mAh battery with 120W super fast charging, 200MP + 8MP + 2MP rear camera, and 16MP selfie camera.
