Music videos beta begin to roll out for premium Spotify users in 11 regions, PH included!

Spotify started to listen to its consumers and began to roll out music video features on its platform.

Spotify Music Videos are now available in PH!

The new feature is still beta and is currently available through Spotify Premium subscribers across 11 markets. What's good news is that the Philippines is also included here.

Anyways, the rest of the countries included are the UK, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, and Kenya.

With the help of Spotify features like Canvas, Clips, Artist Bios, Live Events, and Merch, artists can meaningfully engage with both new and devoted fans. It has been demonstrated that engagement is increased by canvas visuals in particular, as users share, save, and add music to playlists more frequently.

For now, the beta version of Music Videos has a few lists to view. Spotify included songs from artists like Ed Sheeran, Doja Cat, Ice Spice, Aluna, and Asake.

If a user is in those countries mentioned above, all they need to do is toggle the Switch to Video for the supported track then they'll begin to experience watching. Additionally, it supports full screen via landscape mode for better viewing.
