realme 12X 5G with faster 45W charging will launch on April 2

There is a new version of the realme 12X 5G that will launch in India on April 2.

On first look, the main difference from the Chinese variant is it will highlight a faster 45W charging support versus 15W.

Based on its teasers, it is the first 45W charging phone in its price segment (under INR 12K) in the region. realme claims that it can charge the device from 0 to 50 percent in just 30 minutes using this tech.

The rest appears to be similar to the Chinese version. The device will still feature a 7.69mm slim body in a Purple or Green colorway with IP54 water splash and dust resistance and a circular camera hump AKA the "Trendy Watch Design". Moreover, realme claims that its back is more lighter and more durable than crystal glass.

In front, it highlights a 6.67-inch 120Hz FHD screen with 950 nits brightness, slim-looking bezels, and rainwater smart touch support.

For the rest of the known specs, it will be powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G-ready octa-core processor, 5,000mAh battery capacity, VC Cooling System, stereo speakers, 50MP AI main camera, and the Dynamic Button for app shortcuts.

It runs with Android 14 OS with realme UI 5.0 skin with support for Air Gestures.

Again, the device is expected to retail under INR 12,000 which is around PHP 8.1K out of straight conversion.

There is no info on whether this device will also go official in the Philippines to join the rest of the realme 12 Series 5G.
