ASUS announces that its latest gaming device ROG Phone 8 will receive 51 percent off on the 7.7 mid-year sale.

Based on its official Facebook post the ROG Phone 8 with an SRP of PHP 50,995 will be down to PHP 24,777 this coming July 6, 2024. The brand says the sale will be up starting 11:45 until 12 midnight. So that means you'll have at least 15 minutes to avail of the promo. 

That is a huge steal assuming you can get it for that price. After all, the said phone is capable of running the latest mobile game title with ease combined with the top-notch cooling system.

However, ASUS ROG never mentioned how many units will be sold so that's probably that catch.

Anyways, to recall, the ROG Phone 8 features a 6.78-inch 165Hz FHD+ screen with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, 3.3GHz Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 octa-core processor with new Adreno, 12GB RAM/256GB storage, 5,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging, 15W wireless charging.

It also has a 50MP Sony IMX890 with OIS, 13MP ultra-wide, and 32MP 3x telephoto sensor. For selfies, it has a 32MP RGBW sensor.

The ROG Phone 8 packs a serious cooling system to keep the phone's temperature low and also has an IP68 water and dust resistance rating.
