Luxury brand, Caviar has introduced a custom-made HUAWEI Mate XT Ultimate tri-fold covered with 24K gold.
If you think the world's first commercially available tri-fold is crazy expensive well guess what? Caviar has made it even more luxurious in the form of two versions: Gold Dragon and Black Dragon.
The back designs are made of Gold with intricately crafted materials to produce a mix of "rich" Chinese roots and advanced technology.
The Gold Dragon version comes with 24K gold at the back with unique printing. Caviar calls it Double Electroplating technology. It has complex patterns inspired by the ancient Chinese process of multi-layer sword forging known as Longquan, which dates back over 3,000 years. The ornamental design pays tribute to the classic Mate XT camera frame, raising the gadget to the status of a one-of-a-kind collectible.
Meanwhile, the Black Dragon variant is based on the Chinese Mythology "Xuanlong" which features black crocodile leather that portrays "dragon scales" which is complimented by a gold-plated frame.
HUAWEI Mate XT Ultimate Black Dragon - starts at USD 12,770 (around PHP 717K)
HUAWEI Mate XT Ultimate Gold Dragon - starts at USD 14,500 (around PHP 814K)
This limited edition version can only be ordered via Caviar's website.
