The new LG 45GX990A is a 45-inch gaming monitor that can smoothly transition from completely flat to a 900R curvature monitor in seconds.
LG introduced two new members of its UltraGear line of gaming monitors called the new 45GX990A and the 45GX950A 45-inch, 21:9 OLED gaming monitors with a 5,120 x 2,160 resolution. With the generous screen real estate, these monitors should offer a better experience not only for gaming but for various applications. Both products feature LG's second-generation dual-mode, allowing users to customize aspect ratio and picture sizes with one-touch switching between preset screen resolution and refresh rate combinations.
Both monitors feature the dual mode above with up to 8 customizable configurations. The two monitors also feature DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1 and USB-C with 90W power delivery. It supports variable refresh rates and is compatible with NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro.
The 45GX950A features a 45-inch panel with a fixed 800R curve while the 45GX90A has a 45-inch bendable OLED panel with a fast 0.03ms GTG response time. It can transition from flat to 900R within seconds.
LG claims that both monitors feature high brightness while being easy on the eyes. It is certified for low blue light emissions and the panels feature LG's Anti-Glare and Low reflection coatings.
There is no word yet on Philippine availability and pricing.
