Following its global announcement, the OnePlus 13R is now available for pre-order in the Philippines via Digital Walker.

To recall, the OnePlus 13R features big improvements in processor, battery, and portrait compared to the OnePlus 12R last year.

Now, the phone also sports an IP65 rating to protect against dust water, or even high-pressure water jets.
In front, it uses a 6.78-inch Gorilla Glass 7i protected LTPO 4.1 OLED screen with 2780 x 1624 resolution, an In-Display fingerprint scanner, and a centered punch hole housing the 16MP f/2.4 selfie camera.

Inside, it is powered by the 3.19GHz 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 octa-core chip with Adreno GPU, 12GB LPDDR5X, and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage.
Its battery now uses a 6,000mAh Silicon-Carbon cell providing improved density over typical lithium-ion batteries against 5,500mAh of the predecessor.
It can be charged using the provided 55W SUPERVOOC stock charger. Meanwhile, it also supports 80W or 100W SUPERVOOC adaptors, in case you prefer buying them separately.
Cameras were also updated. The device now has a 50MP f/1.8 Sony LTY-700 OIS main camera and a 50MP f/2.0 S5KJN5 2x zoom for better portraits and zoom. However, the ultra-wide camera is limited to 8 megapixels.
Other features noted are an alert slider, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, 3x microphones, Dual Cryo-velocity VC cooling, and a haptic motor for vibration.
Connectivity features are 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi 7 2x2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.
OnePlus also said that its Android 15 OS with OxygenOS 15 skin now includes improved AI capabilities such as Intelligent Search, Google Gemini with Circle to Search, PassScan, and Magic Compose, AI Detail Boost, which improves pixelated cropped images, AI Unblur, and AI Reflection Eraser, among others.
