realme 14 spotted with Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 and Android 15

The realme 14 was spotted on Geekbench and TDRA certification site revealing some key internals.

The 1st phone with Snapdragon 6 Gen 4?

TRDA's certification database revealed it will have a model number RMX5070.

Meanwhile, a Geekbench listing of the realme 14 was seen with the same model number.

Here, it reveals the phone will have a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip. It had a score pf 3,116 points for multi-core and 1,110 points for single-core.

The listing also revealed that it will have 12GB RAM and run on Android 15 out of the box.

To recall, the said chip uses a 4nm process from TSMC featuring 1x 2.3GHz Cortex A720 prime core, 3x A720 clocked at 2.2GHz, and 4x Cortex-A520 with 1.8GHz.

The chipmaker claimed it brings 11 percent faster CPU, 29 percent GPU, and 12 percent more efficient in terms of power draw.

If the report turns out to be accurate, these numbers should bring a notable leap in performance over the realme 13 5G's Dimensity 6300.

With this sighting, it seems the phone's launch could just be around the corner.
