MWC 2025: HONOR Pad V9 launched: 2.8K Papermatte display + Dimensity 8350 Elite, AI productivity tools

HONOR introduced its 7-year update for flagships yesterday, now the brand also reveals the Pad V9 at MWC 2025.

HONOR Pad V9 goes global

The tablet boasts a minimalistic back design with two circular islands at the top left corner and the brand's logo at the center. It boasts a 6.1mm thin profile and weighs lightly at 475 grams. Additionally, it has received SGS Gold Five-Star durability rating.

In front, it uses 11.5-inch Tandem OLED PaperMatte screen with 2.8K 2800 x 1840 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness, IMAX Enhanced and TUV Rheinland certifications. The display also supports 1.07 billion colors, DCI-P3 color gamut and AI-driver comfort modes.

The features

Inside, the phone uses 3.35GHz Dimensity 8350 Elite octa-core chip with Mali-G615 GPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB RAM and 10,100mAh battery with 66W Turbo Charging.

For cameras, the tablet sports a 13MP rear shooter with 4K video recording and 8MP front camera for selfies.

Other features are the eight speakers with HONOR Spatial Audio and Hi-Res audio certification.

Connectivity features are WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz) 2x2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.2 with BLE, SBC, AAC, LDAC, aptX and aptX HD codec support.

For OS, the tablet runs Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 skin on top. Moreover, it boasts AI tools such as notes, recording, summary, to boost your productivity on the go.

It is currently available in Europe and the UK. There's no word yet if HONOR will bring this here in the Philippines.
