A new gaming phone will debut at MPL PH today

Infinix, a renowned global smartphone brand and consistent partner of MPL Philippines Season 15, is set to bring an exciting event for gaming and tech fans.

With that, the brand has invited popular content creator Chacha Pega to make a special guest appearance at the Infinix Booth on May 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Green Sun Hotel, Makati.

The event promises an engaging meet-and-greet experience, allowing fans to interact with Chacha Pega while exploring the latest Infinix innovations. Attendees will get an exclusive first-look hands-on experience with the all-new Infinix GT 30 Pro, a device designed for high-performance gaming.

To recap, the upcoming gaming phone boasts a refreshed gamer design featuring quad RGB LEDs on the rear that form a diamond pattern. Additionally, it is available in Shadow Ash, Dark Flare, and Blate White colorways and features an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.

In front, it uses a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with 144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz, 2340Hz PWM dimming, 1,100 max brightness, and DCI-P3 color gamut. 

Inside, the phone is powered by a 3.35GHz Snapdragon Dimensity 8350 chip with Mali-G615 MC6 GPU paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB/512GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5,500mAh battery with a 45W USB-C fast charger.

It also has a gaming chip that allows the device to maintain 120 fps on supported games like MLBB or PUBGM.

Another highlight is the addition of GT Triggers for extra control when gaming. It also has an X-axis linear motor for tactile feedback, as well as VC cooling with AI thermal detection to keep the temperatures in check.
