There is a new budget tablet with a big display in the Philippines

The new TechLife Pad Plus 12" is a budget tablet boasting a zinc alloy frame that features a combination of brushed and polished metal finishes and a large 12-inch TFT (IPS) screen with 180Hz touch sampling rate, WUXGA+ 2000 x 1200 resolution at 194 ppi, 85 percent screen-to-body ratio, and 400 nits brightness.

Inside, the device is powered by the 2.0GHz 12nm MediaTek Helio G91 octa-core processor, 8GB RAM, an additional 8GB available through RAM expansion (16GB Dynamic RAM Expansion), 256GB internal storage, and a large 8,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 18W fast charging and 5W reverse charging support.

According to the company, this can last up to 12.7 hours of music playback at 100 percent volume

The device also features a 13MP f/2.0 back camera and an 8MP front camera that the user can use for selfies and video calls.

Moreover, it has 4x stereo speakers, 4G LTE connectivity, and TechLife Pad UI based on Android 15 with Google Gemini AI capabilities.

Basically, this is the upgrade of the first TechLife Pad from last year.

Apart from the TechLife Pad Plus 12", the company also recently launched the TechLife Smart Watch P1, worth PHP 2,999.
