Xiaomi's 3nm XRING O1 SoC is now official: 10-core CPU, 6-core NPU, 16-core GPU

The Xiaomi XRING O1 is the company's self-developed chip built using cutting-edge second-gen 3nm process featuring a total of 19 billion transistors.

Xiaomi 15S Pro is the first phone with XRING O1 SoC

The SoC consists of a 10-core CPU boasting dual Cortex-X925 cores at 3.9GHz, a 6-core NPU, a 16-core Immortalis-G925 GPU, and a self-developed fourth-gen ISP.

Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra is the first tablet with XRING O1 SoC

According to Xiaomi, this chip is designed to deliver true flagship performance and can achieve a monstrous AnTuTu benchmark score of 3 million points on its laboratory tests.

This suggests that the chip could make the phone perform on par with other flagship devices with rival flagship chips from Qualcomm and MediaTek.

The NPU of the chip could also offer 44 TOPS of performance for advanced AI processing.

Xiaomi also claimed that on the Xiaomi 15S Pro, its fourth-gen ISP comes with real-time HDR and AI noise reduction, and stunning 4K night video performance.
