This is according to the April 2025 Mobile Network Experience Report released by independent analytics company Opensignal.
Based on this recent report, DITO Telecommunity defeated dominant players PLDT's Smart Communications and Globe Telecom in 14 out of 16 awards, including the top spot in the 5G Experience category.
Eric Alberto, president and chief executive officer of DITO Telecommunity, said the recognition is proof of the group's "unwavering commitment to delivering world-class mobile experiences to Filipinos."

Thanks to its multibillion-peso investment in 5G buildup, users of DITO Telecommunity can enjoy high-speed internet connectivity, with the report showing 280.8 megabits per second (Mbps) in 5G download speeds and 16.1 Mbps for uploads.
But more than this, DITO Telecommunity is pushing for reliability and a seamless digital experience.
Speed alone doesn't tell the full story. It’s about how we built a digital-first, future-ready network that can scale, self-optimize, and deliver performance at par with global standards, Alberto said.
DITO Telecommunity also secured the highest score in the Consistent Quality category for the 4th time, with 60.9 percent of sessions delivering excellent experiences.
The company also kept the status as the "most reliable network" for the third consecutive time, scoring 853 points, claiming this was "way ahead" compared to its rivals.
It likewise received high marks for video, gaming, and voice apps.
With a commitment to reaching more areas, DITO Telecommunity said it would continue investing in new technology to make "fast, reliable internet accessible to more Filipinos—and setting the bar high for the industry."
