Following the teasers, the POCO F8 Ultra goes official in the Philippines.

The POCO F8 Ultra is offered in two color choices, such as a Denim Blue option that mimics the texture of denim fabric. Its design incorporates a flat rear panel, metallic edges, and a rectangular camera housing, alongside an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

There's also a Black model if you don't like the Denim-inspired design.

The  display

The front features a 6.9-inch POCO Hyper RGB AMOLED display with a 2K+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen achieves a peak brightness of 3500 nits and incorporates low-light eye protection and glare reduction. 

The 2.1ch Sound by Bose speakers

The highlight feature is a Bose-tuned 2.1-channel sound system. It comprises a dual 1115F Symmetric Speakers + 1620 tablet-level subwoofer to create a more cinematic sound experience.

The cameras

The device is powered by the 4.6GHz 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and can be configured with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. 

A dedicated D8 graphics chip is included to improve gaming performance, supported by an extensive 6,700mm² cooling system.

It is equipped with a 6,500mAh battery that supports 100W wired HyperCharge via USB-C, 50W wireless fast charging, and 22.5W reverse wireless charging.

The rear camera setup includes a 50MP Light Fusion 950 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom.

For connectivity, the phone supports WiFi7, 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM functionality.

The device operates on the Android 16-based HyperOS 3 software out of the box.
