Acer today announced the launch of the Predator ES Storm Pro, an electric scooter developed for urban transportation.

Hassle-free light travelling
The new model represents an expansion of the company's e-mobility product range.
The scooter is designed for city use, including on varied road surfaces. It is powered by a 500 W rear hub motor, with a peak output of 1200 W, and operates on a 48 V system. Multiple riding modes are included to adjust performance and efficiency.

Key features highlighted by the company include a traction control system, 10-inch tubeless tires, front and rear suspension, and a rear disc brake with eABS. The frame is constructed from aluminum and is foldable for storage and portability. The scooter has a water-resistance rating of IPX5.
Integrated RGB lighting is intended to increase visibility. A built-in holder is also included for compatible smart tracking tags. The stated maximum range on a single charge is 60 kilometers, supported by a regenerative braking system.
App Connectivity
The scooter pairs with the Acer eMobility app. The application displays ride statistics and vehicle status information, allows adjustment of some scooter settings and lighting effects, and enables an electronic locking function via a connected smartphone.
