REDMAGIC 11 Air launched: Snapdragon 8 Elite, 7,000mAh battery, and 7.85mm thin body

Apart from the REDMAGIC 11 Pro announcement, the brand also introduced the REDMAGIC 11 Air.

Light as air, powerful in gaming

The phone retains a transparent back panel, with a design said to be inspired by vinyl records, racing tracks, and geometric art. It features an RGB-lit active cooling fan and will be available in Quantum Black and Stardust White at launch, with an Aurora Silver variant following in March.

It also features a 7.85 slim figure and weighs 207 grams despite having a massive battery.

In front, it features a 6.85-inch AMOLED "true full screen" with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, utilizing an under-display 16MP camera. It supports 2592Hz PWM dimming and DC dimming, with 1.25mm bezels for a 95.1 percent screen-to-body ratio.

Inside, the REDMAGIC 11 Air is powered by the 4.32GHz 3nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, accompanied by RedMagic's Redcore R4 gaming chip. 

The device is equipped with 12GB/16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB/512GB UFS 4.1 storage, and the company's self-developed CUBE Sky Engine for performance optimization.

It uses a large 7,000mAh battery paired with a USB-C 120W wired fast charging and bypass charging support for uninterrupted gaming.

The features

Camera-wise, it uses a 50MP rear shooter + 8MP ultra-wide snapper + LED flash. For selfies, it uses a 16MP under-display front camera.

Gaming features include professional shoulder trigger buttons with a 520Hz touch sampling rate and an advanced cooling system with an aerospace-grade aluminum bracket, graphene copper foil, a 4D vapor chamber, and a built-in fan. 

AI-powered features include image search, real-time translation, object recognition, and an in-game AI tactical coach.

Connectivity features are WiFi 7 (2.4GHz/5GHz/6GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.

For OS, it runs on REDMAGIC OS 11. based on Android 16.
