REDMI offers protection package worth PHP 19K for the NOTE 15 Pro Series

Xiaomi Philippines has introduced an extended protection package for its newly launched REDMI Note 15 Pro Series.

For purchases made between January 16 and February 28, 2026, buyers of the REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G and REDMI Note 15 Pro 5G will receive a complimentary warranty bundle valued at PHP 19,008.

The package includes several layers of coverage: a four-year battery warranty with one free service within 48 months; a two-year, one-time warranty for liquid damage and exterior protection, covering repairs or replacements for the motherboard, screen, and front and back covers due to accidental damage; and a standard two-year warranty for essential device issues.

All-around device warranty coverage

According to Xiaomi, the program's value has been referenced in a Frost & Sullivan report titled the "Southeast Asia 2024–2025 Smartphone After-Sales Benefits Report," which acknowledges the company's after‑sales service initiatives.

The REDMI Note 15 Pro Series is available through Xiaomi's official online stores on Lazada and Shopee, as well as authorized offline retailers. The REDMI Note 15 Pro is priced at PHP 19,999, while the REDMI Note 15 Pro+ 5G retails for PHP 27,999.

Again, customers who purchase through these channels during the promotional period will automatically receive the protection package, which aims to provide extended coverage and assurance for the devices.
