Shokz OpenFit Pro now official in PH: Open-ear design, noise reduction tech, PHP 14,990 SRP

The new Shokz OpenFit Pro promises a high-quality sound now with noise reduction on an open-ear design, while having comfortable and secure earhooks.

Shokz said that they designed this for fitness, work, and even leisure.

It features the durable Titanium ear hook with Ultra-Soft Silicone 2.0, promising "Marshmallow-like" softness. The device also comes with an IP55 sweat and rain-resistant and waterproof physical button in an ultra-slim unibody design 

Inside, the company used the Shokz Superboost tech with a dual-diaphragm driver for rich details, smooth highs, and deep lows. The driver size is 11 x 20mm, which is said to be equivalent to a 16.7 round driver.

Shokz said that this device is also optimized for Dolby Atmos with head-tracking audio and a wider soundstage. 

Shokz also used the DirectPitch 3.0 tech, the company's latest sound-leak reduction technology, which enhances wideband leakage control, keeping your audio private.

The standout feature? This supports noise reduction tech, a rare feature on open-ear earbuds. Shokz said that they optimized the microphone position and developed their own ear-adaptive algorithm with their high-performance speaker to make this possible.

Its triple microphone setup is also assisted by AI to cut up to 99.4% background noise. Moreover, it comes with wind-control technology to keep the voice clear even in gusts, allowing for a phone call even with wind.

It connects with Bluetooth 6.1 tech with AAC and SBC codecs, and supports Multipoint pairing (two devices).

The device also has a sensor for "Smart wear detection" and Shokz app compatibility to manually adjust noise reduction, switch Dolby Atmos ON/OFF, access 5 presets + 2 custom EQs, and access "Find my earbuds."

According to Shokz, the device has 6 hours per charge with noise reduction (up to 24 hours with the case) or up to 12 hours per charge (up to 50 hours battery life with the case). This also supports Qi wireless charging for extra convenience.
