HONOR X8d now official in PH: Style phone for students w/ 7,000mAh battery, priced at PHP 15,999

On schedule, HONOR Philippines today officially launched the X8d in the country.

The new HONOR X8d is now available in the Philippines for pre-order. It retails for PHP 15,999.

Those who will pre-order from today, March 19 to 27, 2026, will get a FREE HONOR Camping Light Speaker.

Despite having a large TÜV Rheinland-certified for 52 hours of usage 7,000mAh battery with battery health retention of 80% after 6 years, the new HONOR X8d has a slim 7.5mm body. 

For durability, HONOR equipped this phone with up to 2 meters of drop resistance, tested on marble and granite, as well as IP65 dust and water resistance. According to the company, this even has SGS 5-star certification for drop and crush resistance.

The device also has a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, and 3,000 nits of peak brightness.

For specs, the phone is packed with the 6nm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 chip with 8GB RAM, up to 8GB RAM Turbo expansion, and up to 512GB of internal storage.

HONOR also added a 108MP Ultra-Clear Camera with AI editing tools like retouch, eraser, reflection removal, and upscale.

It also has up to 3x lossless zoom for Portraits and a RAW domain algorithm to enhance depth and texture, even in night mode.

The phone has a stereo speaker with up to 300% volume, dual-band WiFi, 4G LTE, BT 5.1, GPS, and dual SIM slots. Sadly, it is not a 5G-ready phone.

The HONOR X8d also enhances productivity and convenience with its smart AI features, including an Instant AI Button that provides quick access to essential tools, while Circle to Search.
