New Aspire and Swift laptops with an AI Snapdragon chip

Acer has unveiled two new laptops built on Qualcomm's Snapdragon platform: the Swift Spin 14 AI, a premium convertible ultraportable, and the Aspire Go 15, an entry-tier device that marks the first laptop to run Qualcomm's newly introduced Snapdragon C processor.

The announcements were made in Taipei on May 28, 2026.

Swift Spin 14 AI

The Swift Spin 14 AI (SFSP14-Q51T) is a convertible laptop featuring a 360-degree hinge, allowing it to function as a traditional clamshell laptop, a presentation stand, or a tablet.

Furthermore, the laptop measures between 15.9 and 16.5 mm thick and weighs from 1.34 kg. Its aluminum chassis carries a MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification.

Its 14-inch WUXGA IPS touchscreen is compatible with the bundled Acer Active Stylus 420, which uses Wacom AES 2.0 technology supporting 4,096 pressure levels and tilt detection. The stylus is stored in an onboard garage and charges for 100 minutes of use in 30 seconds.

Inside runs either the Snapdragon X2 Elite or the Snapdragon X2 Plus processor. Its neural processing unit delivers up to 80 TOPS, enabling on-device AI workloads.

The machine supports up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory and up to 1 TB of SSD storage, and can drive up to three external 4K monitors simultaneously.

A 5MP IR camera supports Windows Hello facial recognition. Audio features include three directional microphones, AI-based noise cancellation via Acer PurifiedVoice, and DTS:X Ultra Audio through dual onboard speakers.

Battery life is rated at up to 23 hours of video playback and 16.5 hours of web browsing. The laptop charges via a 100-watt USB 4 Type-C port.

Ports include dual USB Type-C, dual USB Type-A, and HDMI 2.1. Wireless connectivity covers WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and Bluetooth LE Audio.

As a Copilot+ PC, the laptop runs Windows 11 with access to features such as Click-to-Do, alongside Acer's own AI software suite, including AcerSense.

Aspire Go 15

The Aspire Go 15 (AG15-Q31P) is positioned as an affordable everyday laptop, running the new Snapdragon C processor.

The Aspire Go 15 is the first device announced based on Qualcomm's Snapdragon C platform, which Qualcomm introduced separately on the same date, and targets the entry-tier PC segment.

It offers up to 8 GB of memory and 512 GB of storage on a 15.6-inch display with narrow bezels.

Acer says the device is designed for basic tasks such as web browsing, document work, and media streaming, with a focus on quiet operation and all-day battery life. It is packaged in fully recyclable materials and incorporates post-consumer recycled plastic components. The laptop holds Energy Star certification and EPEAT registration.

Connectivity includes dual USB Type-C ports, HDMI, and WiFi 6E.

Similarly, it runs on Windows 11 and has Copilot+ PC support.
