Furthermore, the device also supports multi-focal 4K 120fps 10-bit Log Video recording, a feature aimed at filmmakers and content creators working with high-quality production and post-processing workflows.

In front, the X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch Ultra XDR AMOLED display with a 3168 x 1440 resolution and an adaptive refresh rate between 1Hz and 144Hz. 

Inside, it is powered by a 3nm 4.6GHz Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and is offered in four configurations: 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB.

The handset carries a 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired charging via USB Type-C and 40W wireless charging support. It ships with OriginOS 6, based on Android 16.
