More tools for every merchant

GCash has rolled out a range of payment devices designed to make transactions simpler even for MSMEs.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, GCash provides payment devices designed for different business sizes and ways of operating. This helps merchants choose the right solution, making it easier to accept digital payments and run their business more efficiently, the company said in a statement.

GCash EasyPOS is an all-in-one terminal built for medium and large enterprises, accepting QRPh, Visa, and Mastercard payments through a single device. It also connects businesses with GCash customers, who earn rewards when paying via the GCash app.

Features like digital receipts, refunds, settlements, and transaction monitoring make it easier for merchants to run operations smoothly and focus on growth.

Meanwhile, GCash SoundPay Plus caters to micro and small retail and F&B merchants who need quick, secure payment confirmations.

It brings together QR payments, card acceptance, and instant voice alerts, letting merchants confirm successful transactions right away without having to check a screen or screenshot. This helps them move faster and manage busy counters more confidently.

As more Filipinos choose to pay digitally, our goal is to make it easier for merchants to accept these payments with solutions that are simple, reliable, and built around their everyday needs, said Ren-Ren Reyes Jr., President and CEO of G-Xchange Inc.

These two products add to GCash's existing lineup of business solutions, including GCash PocketPay and GCash SoundPay, which support enterprises at various stages of going digital.

GCash PocketPay is built for MSMEs, bazaar vendors, and mobile sellers who bring their business to their customers. It converts an NFC-enabled Android phone into a contactless card terminal, letting merchants accept card payments affordably without extra hardware.

GCash SoundPay, on the other hand, is a portable QR device that gives instant voice confirmation for every transaction.

All of these tools are tied together through the GCash for Business Portal, a single dashboard where merchants can activate devices, track transactions, manage their wallets, and move funds. Getting started only requires a verified GCash account, which comes with a PHP 5-million wallet limit, making it simpler to handle payments, cash flow, and daily business operations in one place.

GCash also puts a strong emphasis on security across every transaction. Its merchant tools come with secure payment processing, real-time transaction confirmations, stronger authentication, and fraud protection to help protect both businesses and their customers.

These security features give merchants more confidence in accepting digital payments while giving customers a safe, smooth, and dependable payment experience.
