• Seamless checkout - Pay at restaurants, markets, and shops nationwide using Visa cards linked to GCash.
• Enhanced security - Transactions protected by Visa Payment Passkey, a biometric authentication method (fingerprint, face, or PIN) built on FIDO standards.
• Fraud reduction - Biometric verification can cut fraud rates by up to 50% compared to SMS OTPs.

GCash users will enjoy greater flexibility with the new feature, as they can choose Visa credentials as a funding source across everyday digital payment journeys.
