vivo to launch V80 Lite 5G w/ 10,000mAh battery in the Philippines on October 4

After the initial teasers, the vivo V80 Lite 5G will launch in the Philippines this 1st week of October.

vivo is set to launch the V80 Lite 5G, a new smartphone featuring a MASSIVE 10,000mAh battery, in the Philippines on October 4, 2026. 

The company says the device combines its largest battery capacity to date with a slim profile and a 6.83-inch display.

The features

The phone will be available in three color options: Afterglow Pink, Emerald Green, and Dawn Black, each with a different finish. 

According to vivo, the pink variant has a finish that shifts appearance depending on the angle of light, the green variant uses a dark green tone, and the black variant has a metallic sheen.

The display

The device's rear camera module is set beneath a clear layer and framed by a metal ring. Furthermore, vivo says the phone has 1.35mm bezels and a 94.47% screen-to-body ratio, which the company states help maximize the visible display area despite housing what it calls a "10,000mAh BlueVolt Battery."

Liu Lu, Brand Marketing Director of vivo Philippines, said the company aimed to combine battery capacity with a design suited for daily use, without requiring a trade-off between the two.

The V80 Lite 5G will launch at 10 a.m. on October 4 at Market! Market! mall in Taguig, part of the Ayala Malls chain. Additional details are expected to be shared through vivo Philippines' social media channels and its official website ahead of the launch.
