Public offering moves forward with conditions

Globe Telecom, Inc. affiliate Mynt, Inc. has received the Philippine Stock Exchange’s Notice of Approval for its listing application covering up to 8,027,409,600 common shares, with an overallotment option of up to 1,204,111,400 secondary shares—subject to certain conditions.

The base offering includes up to 1.61 billion primary shares and 6.42 billion secondary shares. At a maximum offer price of P10 per share, the total value could reach PHP92.32 billion, potentially making it the largest IPO in Philippine history, surpassing Monde Nissin Corp.’s PHP55.89-billion debut in 2021.

The shares will be listed under the ticker symbol "GCASH" on the PSE Main Board. The offer period is scheduled for 6 to 12 October, with a tentative listing date of 20 October. The final offer price will be determined on 1 October 2026 following book-building, and may be adjusted down to PHP8.50 or PHP7.50 per share based on market feedback.

The proposed IPO remains subject to compliance with the SEC’s pre-effective letter, the PSE NOA, issuance of a Permit to Sell, prevailing market conditions, final terms, and internal approvals.

Globe Telecom said it will disclose further details at the appropriate time. The disclosure was made in accordance with corporate governance standards and relevant securities rules.
