Confirmed: 10,000mAh-powered vivo V80 Lite is coming to the Philippines

Chinese tech firm vivo today confirmed that the vivo V80 Lite is coming to the Philippines.

vivo's first 10,000mAh phone in the Philippines is coming

First highlighted in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the handset features the largest battery capacity from the company yet.

In particular, the vivo V80 Lite is packed with a massive 10,000mAh capacity.

According to the company, the vivo V80 Lite is powered by 4th‑Gen Silicon Anode Technology, designed to deliver long‑lasting endurance without the usual bulk.

Moreover, the handset is designed to keep at least 80% battery health after 1,400 charge cycles or roughly seven years of use based on vivo's lab tests.

vivo claims that this battery stays reliable from -30 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius, with its semi-solid electrolyte ensuring stable power even in extreme heat. In vivo's 45 degrees Celsius test, the phone lasted up to 45 hours of calls and 16 hours of navigation.

vivo Philippines isn't marketing this yet, but the phone also currently holds the "Longest electronic product testing live stream" at 32 hours and 37 minutes, conducted from August 5 to 6, 2026.

Battery capacity only matters if it translates into time people can actually use their phones, said Liu Lu, Brand Marketing Director at vivo Philippines. With the V80 Lite, we focused on making a larger battery practical for everyday use while also building it to remain dependable over the years.

If it matches the Malaysian V80 Lite, the phone's charging supports up to 44W, with reverse charging for power‑bank use.

It also boasts military‑grade drop resistance, IP68/69 dust and water protection, and comes in Pink, Green, and Black. Up front is a 6.83‑inch 120Hz, 1.5K AMOLED display at 2,000 nits with an In‑Display fingerprint sensor.

Inside, a 4nm Dimensity 7300e chip runs with Mali‑G610 graphics, 6GB/8GB RAM, and 128GB/256GB storage. Cameras include a 50MP + 2MP rear setup and a 32MP selfie. 

Connectivity covers WiFi, 5G, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS, and dual SIM, plus standard sensors.

It ships with Android 16 and OriginOS 6, measuring 163.9 x 76.5 x 8.55 mm at 224 grams.
