Is this a mark of a new era for Infinix?

Infinix said it is the first store in this format within the brand portfolio of its parent company, Transsion Holdings.

The company added that the opening reflects a shift in how it presents itself to consumers, with greater emphasis on design, lifestyle and creative experiences alongside its technology products.

The store is built around Infinix's "Joy Tech" philosophy, which holds that technology should offer enjoyment and curiosity as well as performance and specifications.
Inside the store

It brings together the company's smartphones and connected devices, a coffee outlet, and creative collaborations in a single retail space.

Infinix described the format as an experiential approach to retail, intended to make the store a place for browsing, participation, and shared activities rather than purchases alone.

Store design and product lineup

The exterior features reflective metallic surfaces and digital visuals, with a robotic-arm installation at the center of the space. The layout follows what Infinix calls its "1+2+X" retail concept: one technology experience, two signature elements, and a changing range of activities and collaborations.

The technology section displays Infinix's smartphone lineup, including the NOTE 60 and HOT 70 series and the GT 50 Pro.

It also showcases the company's AIoT products, among them the ZCLIP 2 Pro clip-on earbuds, SPACE Max wireless headphones, and XEnergy portable power stations. Visitors can try the devices in the store.

The two signature elements are the robotic-arm installation and n_x, a coffee brand Infinix developed locally. The "X" component covers gaming, music, sports, creative partnerships, interactive content and community activities, which the company says will be introduced over time.

Collaboration with creators

Infinix said it plans to work with artists, musicians and other creative professionals to develop original content and experiences, rather than relying on one-off partnerships with established names.

Visitors will also be able to contribute through shared activities, content creation and feedback. The store is designed to add new collaborations, displays and lifestyle activities after its opening.

Expansion plans

Infinix said it hopes the Bali store will develop its own identity as a destination in its own right. The company plans to open five more flagship stores in Indonesia this year and is exploring similar concept-led stores in other markets. It said future locations will be adapted to local cultures, consumer preferences, and lifestyles rather than copying the Bali format.
