It appears like that the battle for the most powerful chips won't be the usual Qualcomm Snapdragon vs MediaTek vs Intel ones. Recently, the newly released Huawei Mate 8 with Kirin 950 SoC shatters the Antutu record by scoring over 90K recorded using that popular benchmarking tool.

Samsung is up to the challenge!
As expected, Samsung will always retaliate. Their next gen high powered chipset called Samsung Exynos 8890 scored 103,692 at Antutu benchmark app. Easily beating the scores of their Samsung Galaxy Note 5 / S6 Edge+ by a mile! With that score they were also able to top the monstrous Huawei Mate 8 with a good margin too.
Samsung tested that Godlike chip on M-G9300 which most believed to be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7. If that's the case we might see an even higher score once Samsung was able to fully optimize and utilize that SoC with their upcoming devices. The expected release date of the Samsung Galaxy S7 is this February 21, 2016 at the MWC in Barcelona Spain.
Qualcomm, MediaTek and Intel, what's up? Get it together man!
What do you think guys?
