Confirmed! After sending invites to their November 23 "hero product" launch, Vivo Philippines has revealed on their Facebook page that the Vivo V5 will arrive soon in our country.

For starters, the Vivo V5 is a newly announced handset in that's designed for selfie lovers who wants decent performance. It's equipped with a 5.5 inch HD screen w/ a layer 2.5D curved glass and Gorilla Glass protection.

Under the hood, the phone is packed with MediaTek's 64 Bit MT6750 clocked at 1.5 GHz paired with Mali T860 GPU. It also has large 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable internal storage up to 128 GB and 3,000 mAh of battery capacity.

At the back, the V5 has a 13 MP main camera w/ single LED flash for casual mobile photography experience. In front, its loaded with an intriguing Sony IMX376 f/2.0 20 MP selfie camera w/ softlight flash that mimics the natural glow on your face under dim lighted conditions. It'll basically make your screen act like a flash.

To complete the specs, the Vivo V5 has WiFi, LTE, super fast fingerprint scanner in front, and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS w/ FunTouch OS w/ split view.
