Vivo V5s, the company's newest smartphone in town is highlighted as a selfie-centric handset. It's equipped with the same 20 MP f/2.0 front camera with softlight LED flash that popularized Vivo V5. On top of that, this handset has a 13 MP f/2.2 main shooter paired with decent shooting modes and camera software.

Compared with the original Vivo V5 with the same main camera on paper, Vivo V5s's camera samples are more refined. There are still times that photos are either washed, over sharpened, or saturated, but it is more controlled now. As a result, most of our daylight photographs are midrange worthy in quality.

For the selfie camera, this is arguably the best under PHP 15K. Details are preserved (without beautify mode) and colors are vibrant. Vivo has also made its saturation seemingly better.

That's it for now. This camera analysis is not yet complete. Please stay tuned for our full review soon in a week.
