Apple has introduced Apple Business, a free all-in-one platform that combines device management, business email, calendar with a custom domain, and brand tools to help companies "run smoothly" and connect with customers.
Apple Business is a FREE all-in-one platform for companies
Basically, Apple Business disrupts enterprise IT by combining device management, productivity, and branding in one FREE platform—directly challenging Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and MDM providers.
The productivity and collaboration tools include Business Email & Calendar, where companies can enhance professional communication using their own domain name or purchase one through Apple, as well as Directory Services, a built-in company directory, and scheduling tools, which make collaboration easier.
It also has the Apple Business App, so employees can install work apps, view colleague contacts, and request support on the go.
Apple Business also has Brand Profiles, where users can manage logos, names, and details consistently across Apple Maps, Wallet, Siri, and more.
Users may also use the Rich Place Cards to add photos, hours, and location details that appear in Maps, Safari, and Spotlight, as well as Showcases & Custom Actions to highlight promotions or add actions like "Order" or "Reserve" to drive customer engagement.
Meanwhile, its Location Insights can track how customers discover and interact with your business on Maps.
Note: Apple Business Essentials, Business Manager, and Business Connect will merge into Apple Business. Existing data will automatically migrate, and subscription fees for Essentials will end.
Apple Business requires the companion app, and new features require iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or macOS 26.
Availability
Apple will launch the service for FREE starting April 14, 2026.
It will be available in 200+ countries and regions, including the Philippines.
