BenQ is usually the
first choice when it comes to projectors for the consumers and the enterprise,
and we’ve hardly seen any bad rep regarding the company’s products. Now, it
seems things are about to get better as BenQ announces the X12000, the world’s
first 4K UHD LED home cinema project that blends high-brightness with DCI-P3
color accuracy.
In terms of
performance, the BenQ X12000 achieves the best quality as it balances the
wide-gamut high-brightness output of the Philips ColorSpark HLD LEDs with the
exclusive CinematicColor Technology for the accurate production of DCI-P3 color
space. Furthermore, the DCI-P3 color gamut covers a larger portion of the visible
color spectrum for more colors.
It doesn’t stop there.
The Philips ColorSpark HLD LED technology features a wider color gamut that’s
triple the screen brightness. It does this by combining green light that comes
with quadruple the brightness as compared with the standard green LEDs.
With 4K soon becoming
the standard, the BenQ X12000 takes advantage of the DLP 4K UHD DMD XPR
technology to deliver 3840 x 2160 resolution. Moreover, its optical system
can even deliver stunning visual performance to replicate and output authentic
digital cinema for your viewing pleasures in ultra high-definition.
As far as the design
foes, the BenQ X12000 comes with a streamlined structure with a sleek
front-facing ventilation. It gives room to accommodate even thick cables and
HDMI / power cable locks, thus securing them into their proper places.
There’s no word as to
when BenQ will officially release the X12000 and how much it will be, but this
will easily be a welcomed treat if money isn’t a problem and you don’t want to
settle for anything less when it comes to your home entertainment.
