HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S launched: 2.8K 11.5-inch display, 144Hz refresh rate, and 8,800mAh battery

Apart from the MatePad Air 12, HUAWEI also introduced a new version of the MatePad 11.5 S.

Stylish and affordable mid-range tablet

This tablet also features attractive, trendy designs available in Feather Sand Purple, Field Green, Frost Silver, and Deep Space Gray color options.

In front, it uses an 11.5-inch LCD (IPS) screen with 2800 x 1840 resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. Similarly, it also supports the M-Pencil Pro for jotting down notes or creative drawing.

Inside, HUAWEI stayed silent about its chip but said it uses an 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage options.

For the battery it has an 8,800mAh size and charges using a USB-C 40W power brick.

For cameras, the tablet sports a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

Other features noted are the quad speaker setup, two-piece cover, and keyboard setup.

Connectivity options are WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.

For OS, it also runs HarmonyOS 5.0 out of the box.

Currently, it is available in China. No word yet for the PH release at the moment.
