Meet Spigen Huawei Mate 10 Rugged Armor Case, Military Grade protection for your Mate
Huawei's newly launched Mate 10 series are company's most stunning handsets yet. Instead of the usual metal unibody construction, Huawei has switched to the sleeker sandwiched metal and glass design for both the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro.

However, while it looks really premium, glass is still glass and it could break when dropped. So, to further protect our Mate from accidental damages, we installed a case.

The case the we used is from Spigen, the Rugged Armor Case for Mate 10 w/ drop-tested MIL-STD 810G military grade design and Air Cushion technology which aims to provide "maximum protection" for your phone.
It's made out of tough and really sturdy looking rubber material which gave our Mate 10 the right protection it needs. The case is even slightly elevated on top to protect the screen better.
Buttons buttons are tactile and easy to press unlike other low quality cases you'll find in the market. Also, all the holes are rightly placed.
It also has a matte type finish for better overall grip. It even has a nice textured stripes on the camera part behind. As a result, it made the phone not that slippery to hold in general.
My only minor gripe is it isn't as comfortable to hold versus the stock TPU case of the Mate 10.
Don't get us wrong, it is still nice in the hands, but we wished the Spigen made its case a little bit softer.
Overall, Spigen did it again. This Huawei Mate 10 Rugged Armor Case is really tough and well designed for its PHP 900 price tag.
At Spigen's official Lazada page, it is also available. But, the price tag is a bit higher at PHP 1,100.
